Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Associate to join their Operations department.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the company's financial model, including forecasting and variance tracking
• Build analyses and presentations to support fundraising and strategic planning
• Partner with cross-functional teams to develop KPIs and enable data-driven decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in investment banking, management consulting, or finance at a technology startup
• Exceptional financial modeling and analytical skills
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
• Bachelor's degree required
• Familiarity with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is a plus
