Finance Associate

Job Summary

Supporting day-to-day finance operations, the full-time remote Finance Associate will manage accounts payable and receivable, prepare financial statements, and ensure compliance with US GAAP within a growing SaaS organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day Finance & Accounting operations
• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes
• Coordinate audits, compliance, and finance documentation

Required Qualifications

• B.Com or M.Com - Minimum Graduate
• Professional certifications - CA (Semi-qualified/Qualified) or CMA
• 4-6 years of relevant Finance & Accounting experience
• Experience working with a US startup or managing accounting/reporting under US GAAP
• Minimum 2-3 years of software/SaaS industry experience required
