Finance Associate

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time Finance Associate will analyze facility performance, drive decision-making through analytics, and generate financial reports while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly performance results and provide insights and recommendations
• Drive decision-making using analytics to support financial operations initiatives
• Generate financial reports and participate in monthly review calls with leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Understanding of basic accounting principles and familiarity with financial statements
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
• Ability to analyze financial information and present insights effectively
