Finance Associate

Job Summary

To support financial operations, the full-time salaried Finance Associate will analyze facility performance, drive decision-making through analytics, and generate financial reports while collaborating with senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze monthly and quarterly results regarding facility performance versus budget and provide recommendations
• Drive decision-making using analytics to support Financial Operations initiatives
• Generate standard financial reports and participate in review calls with senior leadership

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or Accounting required
• 3-5 years of relevant experience preferred
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of basic accounting principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel
• Ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines
