Finance Associate

Job Summary

Ambitious and driven, the full-time remote Finance Associate will contribute to budgeting, forecasting, management reporting, and financial modeling while supporting treasury and M&A activities in a fast-growing company.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual budget process and maintain the consolidated operating model for revenue, opex, capex, and headcount planning
• Prepare monthly and quarterly budget-vs-actual analyses and build reporting packages for finance leadership and external stakeholders
• Build and maintain financial models for M&A evaluation and capital planning, assisting with due diligence and analysis for acquisitions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
• 2-5 years of experience in corporate finance, FP&A, investment banking, or transaction advisory
• Strong financial modeling skills, including three-statement modeling and driver-based forecasting
• Advanced Excel and analytical skills; experience with AI tools is a plus
• Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a fast-growing, collaborative environment
