Job Summary
Supporting the client invoicing process, the full-time hybrid Finance Associate will prepare, review, and process invoices, reconcile client budgets, and maintain accurate financial records while collaborating with senior finance team members.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and on time
- Reconcile client budgets with internal financial data to ensure accurate reporting
- Generate financial reports and assist with documentation and audit preparation
Required qualifications
- 1-2 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including data analysis
- Experience with financial systems such as JDE, Cognos, or Harvest
- Interest in building a career in finance, particularly in client finance or financial planning and analysis
