Finance Associate

Job Summary

As a key player on the Revenue team, the full-time Finance Associate will manage the order-to-cash process and collaborate with various departments to ensure accurate billing and revenue recognition, contributing to an exceptional customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Assisting with financial aspects of the quote-to-cash process, including contract and sales quote reviews
• Managing internal escalations to resolve process and billing inquiries
• Maintaining data integrity within the billing system and CRM while performing ad-hoc reporting tasks

Required qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant experience in finance or a related field
• Strong Excel skills with a focus on continuous improvement
• Self-motivated with a willingness to tackle new projects
• Excellent attention to detail
• A Bachelor's Degree in Finance or a related field is a plus
