Job Summary
To develop world-class Finance skills, the full-time Finance Associate will complete rotational assignments in various finance areas, participate in structured career development activities, and contribute to significant business outcomes while networking with global Finance leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Complete rotations in commercial and supply-chain finance, financial planning and analysis, treasury, and investor relations
- Participate in structured career development activities with active coaching and mentoring
- Contribute to business outcomes through the delivery of assignment projects and solve critical international business challenges
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's, Master's, or equivalent degree in Finance or Accounting obtained within the last 12 months
- GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
- Maximum one year of work experience post-degree
- Fluency in English, both oral and written
- Geographical mobility due to location availability of roles
