Finance Associate

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Associate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process supplier invoices and ensure adherence to payment terms
• Reconcile supplier statements and resolve discrepancies
• Assist with cash flow forecasts, review spend reports, and perform general office administration tasks

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
• Project management skills and ability to use accounting software effectively
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Experience with audit and management consultancy firms preferred
