Finance Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director, Finance to lead financial operations in a remote position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations including invoicing, accounts receivable, cash management, and accounts payable
• Oversee month-end close processes, conduct account reconciliations, and ensure financial accuracy
• Lead budgeting, financial reporting, and analysis to support decision-making and maintain internal controls

Required Qualifications

• 6 - 8+ years of experience in finance or accounting operations
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred
• Experience with ACH processing and multi-account cash management
• Strong understanding of AP/AR fundamentals, budgeting, and forecasting
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and finance software
