Finance Associate Director

Job Summary

Leading the close and projection pillars of GTN Finance, the full-time salaried Finance Associate Director will manage the monthly/quarterly accounting close, account reconciliations, and gross-to-net projections for the U.S. Commercial Sales team while collaborating with various internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the monthly/quarterly gross-to-net close process, including accrual sheets and account reconciliations
• Lead GTN variance analysis and present insights to finance leadership to communicate gross-to-net drivers
• Partner with Market Access & Pricing on regulatory pricing calculations and monitor changes affecting gross-to-net

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or related field; CPA or Master's preferred
• Minimum of seven years of experience in finance, accounting, or information systems
• Solid understanding of accounting principles and the Pharma industry
• Working knowledge of SAP, Power BI, Hyperion, and Anaplan, with strong Excel proficiency
• Experience with SOX controls and external audit support preferred
