Finance Automation Specialist

Job Summary

Driving finance automation and AI integration, the full-time remote Finance Automation Specialist will lead process enhancements, provide SaaS advisory for growth, and oversee cross-functional projects while supporting user training and documentation efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Lead finance automation initiatives and identify AI-driven opportunities to optimize workflows
• Provide guidance on finance tools and ensure compliance through AI and machine learning solutions
• Create training materials and conduct workshops to promote system adoption and best practices

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, IT-based Business Administration, or equivalent; a Master's degree or relevant certifications is a plus
• 7+ years of experience in finance operations with direct responsibility for finance systems and processes
• Experience with automation tools such as UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or similar
• Strong analytical skills focused on system optimization and scalable process improvements
• Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken; knowledge of additional languages is preferred
