Finance Banking Specialist

Job Summary

To support the finance team, the full-time hourly Finance Banking Specialist will compile, calculate, reconcile, and post financial data, while also assisting in daily activities and producing financial reports, all in a 100% remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Process checks and ACH transactions, ensuring accurate posting and resolution of banking items
• Perform premium and claims reconciliations, maintaining accurate client ledgers and financial reporting
• Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and escalating issues as necessary

Required qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum of 2 years related work experience, with prior bank reconciliation experience preferred
• Working knowledge of Excel and basic bookkeeping principles
• Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
• Ability to gather and analyze information for problem resolution
