Finance Banking Specialist
Job Summary
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Finance Banking Specialist will compile, calculate, reconcile, and post financial data to maintain client records and produce financial reports while supporting daily Finance team activities.
Key responsibilities
- Process checks and ACH transactions for claims reimbursement payments, ensuring accurate posting and record-keeping
- Complete premium and claims reconciliations, producing related reports and maintaining internal control systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by following up with internal and external customers and participating in quality assurance initiatives
Required qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 2+ years of related work experience
- Prior bank reconciliation experience strongly preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel and basic bookkeeping
- Proficient in 10-key and typing skills
