Finance Business Analyst
Job Summary
Supporting accounting operations, the full-time Finance Business Analyst will assist with process improvement initiatives, financial workflows, reporting, and system-related activities in a remote environment.
Key responsibilities
- Develops and prepares standard and ad hoc financial, operational, and performance reports to support accounting operations and decision-making
- Assists with evaluating accounting workflows, journal entry processes, and reconciliations to identify opportunities for improved efficiency and accuracy
- Collaborates with Accounting & Finance, Information Technology, and stakeholders to support business process improvements and system enhancements
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Experience in accounting operations and process improvement
- Familiarity with financial reporting and data validation
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Experience with project tracking and documentation
