Finance Business Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Business Manager (M4) to oversee financial management and controls for the Medium Range Air Defense product area.

Key Responsibilities

• Brief senior leaders on program execution status and financial performance
• Lead the development and mentorship of a geographically dispersed finance team
• Oversee financial data analysis to support business decision-making and ensure financial controls

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Mathematics, or related field with a minimum of 8 years of finance experience; or an Advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of finance experience
• Experience with Program Controls or FP&A on aerospace and defense contracts
• Proficiency in SAP tools or similar financial systems
