Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Business Partner (US-Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop strong interpersonal relationships with senior leadership and influence decision-making through financial analysis
• Manage annual and monthly planning, forecasting, and reporting processes for multiple business units
• Create financial models and presentations to support strategic initiatives and business growth

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related discipline
• 5+ years of experience in financial analysis and/or accounting
• Prior experience with Hyperion and Oracle systems
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Excel and solid proficiency in other Microsoft Office applications
• Strong influencing ability and organizational skills to manage priorities in a dynamic environment
