Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Business Partner - North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the NA sales team to provide financial support for sales initiatives, including pricing strategy and profitability analysis
• Conduct financial analysis and prepare reports on sales performance, margin trends, and cost structures
• Oversee accounts receivable management, including monitoring outstanding receivables and analyzing AR aging reports

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) preferred
• 3-5 years of finance-related experience in the consumer electronics industry, focusing on sales support or AR management
• Fluent in English and proficient in Mandarin for effective communication with teams
• Strong financial modeling and data analysis skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with ERP systems
• Familiarity with GAAP accounting standards and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
