Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Business Partner to serve as a strategic partner in financial planning and analysis for a philanthropic fund.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead financial planning processes, including variance analysis and cash flow monitoring
• Act as the primary finance business partner, building relationships with program leadership and budget holders
• Oversee budget preparation for funding proposals and ensure compliance with financial regulations

Required Qualifications

• 5-8 years of relevant finance experience, preferably in a non-profit or international development setting
• A relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CPA) or equivalent expertise
• Experience in grant finance management, including budget preparation and compliance monitoring
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and/or Google Sheets; experience with NetSuite and/or SmartSimple is advantageous
