Job Summary

Finance Business Partner, a full-time remote role, is responsible for providing financial insight and support to senior leadership, driving commercial outcomes, and overseeing financial governance.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the divisional General Manager and leadership team, supporting and challenging decisions
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights for strategic decision-making by senior leaders
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to improve business predictability and achieve targets

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior Finance Business Partner with a track record of advising executive-level leaders
• A recognized accounting qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA) with strong financial stewardship experience
• Proven ability to influence strategy and drive growth with a commercial mindset
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills, including experience with business cases
• Experience in explaining complex financial topics in a clear and practical manner
