Job Summary

Finance Business Partner, a full-time remote role, is responsible for providing financial insights and strategic guidance to senior executives, enhancing financial performance, and overseeing financial governance within the division.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a trusted finance partner to the divisional General Manager and leadership team, supporting and challenging decisions to drive commercial outcomes
• Deliver accurate financial reporting, analysis, and insights for senior leaders and board level executives to shape strategic decisions
• Lead planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance management to improve predictability and achieve business targets

Required Qualifications

• Significant experience as a senior Finance Business Partner advising executive level, non-finance leaders
• A recognized accounting qualification, such as ACA, CIMA, ACCA, or MBA
• Proven ability to influence strategy, improve performance, and drive growth with a commercial mindset
• Strong financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis skills
• Experience in explaining complex financial topics clearly and practically
