Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

To support R&D initiatives, the full-time Finance Business Partner will lead financial planning and forecasting, provide strategic insights for clinical development projects, and ensure effective budget tracking and variance analysis while working in a hybrid environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning for clinical development programs
• Act as the primary finance partner to Clinical Operations and R&D leadership, providing decision support and translating financial data into strategic insights
• Monitor project spend and conduct variance analysis to identify key financial impacts and support month-end processes

Required qualifications:

• BS/BA in Finance, Accounting, or Economics
• Experience leading planning and budgeting processes within the pharmaceutical industry
• Solid working knowledge of accounting and internal control standards
• Experience with ERP systems and financial analysis tools
• Strong ability to communicate and influence in a matrix environment
