Job Summary
Owning the end-to-end Revenue and Bookings forecasting process, the full-time Principal, Finance Business Partner (GTM Finance) will deliver accurate financial models and insights while collaborating closely with the Go-To-Market and Sales organization in a remote work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain the company's revenue and bookings forecast model, ensuring accuracy and integration with broader financial planning cycles
- Lead the monthly Budget vs. Actuals (BvA) process, providing variance analysis and executive-ready reporting
- Enhance revenue models and leverage BI tools to automate reporting and improve forecast visibility for stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- 4-6 years of experience in FP&A, Revenue Finance, or Sales Finance, with at least 1-2 years in a senior role
- Strong expertise in SaaS/subscription revenue modeling, including ARR, bookings, and churn
- Experience with enterprise planning tools such as Pigment, Anaplan, or Adaptive Insights
- Proficiency in BI/data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
- Hands-on experience with perpetual-to-subscription/SaaS conversion modeling is preferred
