Job Summary

Seeking a financially sharp and relationship-driven Finance Business Partner, this full-time hybrid role will manage financial planning and analysis, oversee budgeting and forecasting processes, and serve as a strategic advisor to operational teams while providing real-time financial guidance.

Key responsibilities

• Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned departments or business units
• Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
• Serve as the primary finance contact for operational departments, translating financial data into actionable insights

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or a finance business partner role
• Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
• Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
