Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

To provide leave of absence coverage, the hybrid Finance Business Partner will manage end-to-end financial processes, including month-end closes and budgeting, while working onsite Tuesday through Thursday and remotely on Mondays and Fridays.

Key responsibilities

• Own end-to-end financial processes for the business, including month-end closes and forecasting
• Lead preparation and development of P&L, CAPEX, and Balance Sheet reporting
• Identify and implement improvements to financial business processes to enhance efficiency and stakeholder experience

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related concentration
• Graduate degree or advanced certification preferred (CPA, CFA, FPAC, etc.)
• 5+ years of commercial consolidation and budget process coordination experience, preferably in fashion, apparel, or retail industries
• Recent multi-site and multi-channel retail experience
• Expertise in financial modeling, planning, & forecasting, with advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency and SAP experience required
