Finance Business Partner

Job Summary

Providing financial leadership and actionable insights, the full-time Finance Business Partner OEM will collaborate with commercial and operational leaders in a hybrid role to drive profitable growth across the Global OEM business through financial analysis and strategic recommendations.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with business leaders to deliver financial insights, business modeling, and strategic recommendations to enhance growth and profitability
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes while monitoring performance against targets and identifying improvement opportunities
• Analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks, and value creation initiatives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• 8+ years of experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, corporate finance, or commercial finance roles
• Strong expertise in financial planning, forecasting, and performance management
• Proven ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and translate complex financial information into actionable insights
• CPA, CFA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification is highly valued
