Job Summary

Providing strategic financial support and insight, the full-time Finance Business Partner will lead budgeting and forecasting for UK functions while collaborating with stakeholders to enhance financial performance in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with UK functional leaders to deliver financial insights and practical recommendations
• Lead the budgeting, forecasting, and reforecasting processes for UK functional costs
• Analyze financial performance and variances, identifying risks and opportunities for improvement

Required qualifications

• ACA, ACCA, CIMA qualification, or equivalent relevant finance experience
• Proven experience in finance business partnering, FP&A, or financial control
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
• Ability to analyze large data sets and translate findings into actionable recommendations
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience in financial planning and analytical tools
