Finance Business Partner
Job Summary
As a Finance Business Partner to the Chief Commercial Officer, the full-time remote Principal Business Finance Manager will conduct financial analysis, develop financial models, and provide strategic decision support to optimize sales and revenue-generating initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting for sales and go-to-market activities
- Develop financial models to guide strategic decision-making on key P&L drivers
- Oversee monthly and quarterly forecasting, reporting, and spend management while providing optimization recommendations
Required qualifications
- 8+ years of FP&A experience
- Preferred experience in a public company and/or marketplace environment
- Experience working with Business Development and Sales teams
- Strong financial modeling and analytical skills using Excel and G-Suite
- Proactive approach to embracing AI tools for process scaling and actionable insights
