Key responsibilities
- Own the annual budgeting and quarterly forecasting processes for assigned departments
- Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and strategic initiatives
- Serve as the primary finance contact for operational departments, translating financial data into actionable insights
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partner role
- Strong financial modeling skills with advanced proficiency in Excel
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Demonstrated ability to communicate complex financial information to non-financial audiences
