Finance Business Partner
Job Summary
Serving as a strategic finance advisor, the full-time remote Finance Business Partner will manage comprehensive P&L analysis, develop complex financial models, and provide insights for budgeting and forecasting to support decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with functional leaders to drive financial decision-making on budgeting, forecasting, and performance management
- Own comprehensive P&L analysis and reporting, including revenue, expenses, and profitability trending
- Prepare monthly and quarterly financial reporting packages and variance commentary for leadership
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in FP&A, financial analysis, or finance business partner roles
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling
- Strong understanding of financial statements and GAAP accounting principles
- Proficiency with ERP systems and financial reporting/planning tools
