Finance Business Partner Director

Job Summary

Accountable for all financial matters in the operating area, the full-time remote Finance Business Partner Director will manage planning, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance while collaborating with P&L owners and functional partners to drive business results.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution of financial planning, reporting, and analysis, ensuring compliance with legal and statutory requirements
• Provide strategic guidance on cash flow management, cost controls, and financial opportunities while coordinating long-range planning
• Develop talent within the organization through coaching and feedback, fostering a leadership culture aligned with business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or related discipline; master's degree or CPA preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience in finance or accounting
• Strong presentation and communication skills with the ability to influence at an executive level
• Proven ability to collaborate and build networks across the organization
• Deep understanding of financial indicators and business drivers to inform strategic decisions
