Finance Business Partner Director
Job Summary
Serving as the strategic finance leader, the full-time Senior Director, Finance Business Partner for Optical Circuit Switch (OCS) will drive financial performance, support product and commercial strategy, and provide decision support for investments and business growth initiatives.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the primary finance partner to the OCS General Manager and business leadership team, participating in strategic planning and translating business strategy into actionable financial plans
- Own financial planning, forecasting, and performance management for the OCS business, developing revenue and operating expense forecasts while analyzing business performance
- Collaborate with Engineering and Commercial teams on product strategy, pricing, and investment decisions, while leading financial modeling for strategic initiatives and expansion opportunities
Required qualifications
- Experience in business unit finance, commercial finance, or product finance leadership roles
- Background in supporting technology, hardware, semiconductor, or advanced manufacturing businesses
- Strong expertise in product economics, investment analysis, and growth strategy
