Finance Business Process Manager

Job Summary

Supporting finance transformation initiatives, the full-time remote Finance Business Process Manager will drive application, system, and automation changes across various finance processes, manage stakeholder relationships, and oversee project-level efforts.

Key responsibilities

• Manage optimization and automation initiatives for finance processes and IT systems
• Build relationships with stakeholders to understand their needs and advocate for finance requirements
• Document requirements, coordinate testing efforts, and lead change management for finance projects

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience as a process analyst or business system analyst within a finance team
• Experience with business transformational projects in a SaaS environment
• Familiarity with Oracle Cloud ERP systems
• Experience in subscription-based business models
