Finance Business Services Analyst

Job Summary

Executing Trade Promotion activities, the full-time Finance Business Services Analyst will manage Vistex Agreement data, ensure compliance with GAAP, and provide expert guidance to support contract payments in a hybrid role based in Frisco, TX, working in-office from Tuesday to Thursday and remotely on Monday and Friday.

Key responsibilities:

• Maintain accuracy and completeness of Vistex Agreement data for assigned accounts and manage rebate documentation
• Analyze and provide insights on Vistex system solutions for contracts, collaborating with various functional groups
• Ensure reimbursements comply with GAAP and prepare documentation for balancing and reconciling financial records

Required qualifications:

• Degree in Accounting, Business, Finance, or Economics preferred
• 1+ years of experience in Finance/Accounting or related field preferred
• Advanced Excel skills required, including Pivot Tables and V&H Lookups
• ERP experience required, with SAP and Vistex preferred
• Knowledge of financial statements and strong analytical skills highly preferred
