Finance Business Systems Analyst
Job Summary
Bridging business needs with technical solutions, the full-time remote Finance Business Systems Analyst will gather, analyze, and document business requirements while collaborating on system design and supporting continuous improvement initiatives within the Quench application ecosystem.
Key responsibilities
- Lead the elicitation and prioritization of complex business and technical requirements for improvement and change initiatives
- Collaborate on systems design and architecture, including user interface design and data modeling
- Serve as a trusted partner to senior leaders, contributing to operational initiatives and monitoring the impact of process improvements
Required qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years of Business Systems Analyst experience
- 4-year degree in Finance, Accounting, or relevant experience
- Solid technical knowledge of application systems, including Salesforce and Zuora
- Understanding of key finance and accounting business processes
- Experience in systems architecture and writing technical specifications
