Job Summary
A company is looking for a Finance Clerk who will provide administrative support to the Finance Department.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately record financial transactions and maintain financial records
- Process invoices, manage accounts payable and receivable, and assist with payroll
- Prepare financial reports and ensure compliance with regulations and company policies
Required Qualifications
- Familiarity with basic bookkeeping and financial processes
- Proficient in MS 365 Suite (Outlook, Excel, SharePoint)
- Ability to quickly learn payroll software and similar applications
- Capable of handling multiple projects simultaneously
