Finance Commissions Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategic Finance - Commissions Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets
• Conduct in-depth financial analysis and provide recommendations for cost optimization and revenue enhancement
• Own the monthly and quarterly commissions process, from data pulls and validations through final payouts and distribution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in a corporate setting
• Proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
• Experience with financial systems and tools such as Netsuite, Anaplan, and Tableau preferred
