Job Summary

Leading strategic business transformation projects, the part-time Finance Consultant will develop innovative financial metrics, translate corporate strategies into actionable plans, and collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with long-term business goals in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities

• Lead strategic business transformation projects within the finance function
• Develop innovative finance and operational metrics to enhance profitability and efficiency
• Collaborate with senior management to align financial strategies with long-term business goals

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field; CPA or MBA preferred
• Minimum of 15 years of experience in finance, with a strong background in FP&A, strategic planning, and corporate finance
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in leading finance teams and managing large-scale financial projects
• Proven track record in strategic planning, financial management, and business growth
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and financial procedures within a CRO environment is advantageous
