Job Summary

Leading the production of a new YouTube channel, the full-time Finance Content Creator will manage content strategy, host videos, and oversee a team while working remotely to support nurses in advancing their careers.

Key responsibilities

• Host daily shorts and weekly long-form videos, appearing on camera 3-4 hours per week
• Set content strategy, determining topics and angles for videos to engage the audience
• Manage the production process, ensuring deadlines are met and quality work is delivered by the team

Required qualifications

• Strong on-camera presence and ability to connect with an audience
• Curiosity and adaptability to learn about finance, content creation, and YouTube growth
• Experience in managing projects or teams effectively
• Genuine interest in personal finance and the financial tools available to nurses
• Background in content, journalism, operations, finance, or healthcare is preferred
