Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Controller to support venture-backed startups with their financial processes and systems.

Key Responsibilities

Facilitate client meetings and oversee monthly and yearly financial closes
Implement accounting processes and systems tailored to client needs
Manage accountants and processes for clients and potentially internally

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, accounting, finance, or a related field
Over 5 years of progressive experience in finance or accounting roles
Experience in building and overseeing full cycle accounting processes
Familiarity with GAAP and advanced knowledge of ASC 606 and ASC 842
CPA or CMA certification is a bonus
