Job Summary

To support the finance team in Barcelona, the full-time Finance Controller will manage financial reporting, monthly closures, and cost control while ensuring compliance with internal policies in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyze financial reporting and monthly closures
• Control and analyze deviations, providing insights through detailed reports
• Collaborate in financial planning and budgeting processes to align with strategic objectives

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field
• High-level proficiency in English
• 1-2 years of experience in auditing or financial departments
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly in Excel
• Strong accounting knowledge
