Job Summary
Providing essential administrative and operational support, the part-time Finance Coordinator will manage scheduling, document management, and meeting logistics for the Finance Department, working onsite in Washington, DC, Tuesday through Thursday with remote work optional on Mondays and Fridays.
Key responsibilities:
- Assist CFO and Controller with calendar management, meeting scheduling, and logistics for on-site meetings
- Maintain and archive Finance documents on Google Drive and OneDrive, ensuring accurate records and updates
- Support payroll and accounts payable processes, including invoice entry and reminders for timecard approvals
Required qualifications:
- Experience in administrative support, preferably in a finance or accounting environment
- Proficiency in Google Drive and document management systems
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Familiarity with payroll and accounts payable processes
- Notary certification preferred but not required
