Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Counselor I to assist students in navigating the financial aspects of higher education.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide inbound and outbound phone coverage to assist students
• Apply financial aid, billing, and registrar policies in student interactions
• Document student interactions and participate in outbound calling campaigns

Required Qualifications:

• Successful access to the National Student Loan Data System and a background check
• Experience in a customer service-related field
• Completion of some college credits
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free workspace
• 1+ years of related experience in financial aid or higher education preferred
