Job Summary

Assisting students in navigating the complexities of financing higher education, the full-time remote Finance Counselor I will provide proactive support in financial aid, billing, and registrar policies while ensuring excellent customer service primarily through phone interactions.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage inbound and outbound phone coverage to assist students with financial strategies
• Document student interactions and participate in outbound calling campaigns as assigned
• Collaborate with various departments to deliver high-quality service to students

Required qualifications:

• Some college credits completed
• Experience in a customer service role with professional communication skills
• Successful access to the National Student Loan Data System and a background check
• Reliable high-speed internet and a distraction-free home workspace
• 1+ years of experience in financial aid, billing, or registrar functions preferred
