Job Summary
To support student success in a remote environment, the part-time Finance Course Instructor will conduct 8-week online courses, engage actively with students, provide feedback, and ensure alignment with university standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct online courses through the learning management system, ensuring high-quality delivery and student engagement
- Provide personalized feedback on student submissions and maintain accurate grading reports
- Support retention efforts by actively monitoring student engagement and responding to inquiries promptly
Required qualifications
- Ph.D. in Finance or DBA
- 18+ credit hours of verifiable finance coursework
- Minimum of 2 years of online higher education teaching experience
- 5+ years of industry experience
- CFP and/or CFA certification strongly preferred
