Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Data Analyst - RCM to analyze financial performance metrics and lead a team in forecasting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities

• Create detailed models to forecast and measure key performance indicators for client partnerships
• Evaluate operational performance and financial risk while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Present complex financial information clearly and implement process improvements for efficiency

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Financial Analysis
• 5+ years of experience with client-specific performance indicators
• 5+ years of advanced Excel skills, including V-lookups and Pivot Tables
• 2+ years of experience presenting to C-level executives
• Experience translating complex financial metrics into meaningful insights
