Finance Data Analyst

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Finance Data Analyst who will bridge the IT department and the Finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Query and analyze large datasets to identify trends, variances, and performance metrics
• Design, develop, and distribute reporting packages for investor transparency and regulatory compliance
• Collaborate with the IT Infrastructure team to optimize data warehouse structures and ensure seamless data flow

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of experience in data analysis within a finance or accounting environment
• Advanced proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
• Expertise in Excel (macros, VBA, Power Pivot)
• Experience with ERP systems and BI reporting tools
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field
