Finance Data Analytics Manager

Job Summary

To support data-driven decision-making at scale, the full-time remote Finance Data Analytics Manager will manage the development and execution of the data and analytics vision for Finance and Accounting, partner with various teams to understand business drivers, and lead initiatives to optimize decision-making through AI solutions.

Key responsibilities:

• Articulate and execute the data & analytics vision, including the development of the Accounting Data and Analytics roadmap
• Lead deep exploration of financial and operational data, providing actionable insights to stakeholders
• Manage and mentor a team of data analysts to foster professional growth and drive successful completion of data insight initiatives

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree
• 10+ years of relevant professional experience in Finance and Accounting
• Prior experience driving Data Strategy and Governance process adoption
• Strong experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau, and data warehousing best practices in Snowflake
• Advanced SQL skills with the ability to perform complex modeling with large data volumes
