Finance Deputy

Job Summary

Supporting the Parsons Other Transaction Agreement (OTA) and Rapid Labs Program Directorates, the full-time remote Finance Deputy will manage project financial controls, cost analysis, and assist in FP&A, while mentoring junior team members and advising on complex financial matters.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead project financial control and cost analysis for the OTA and Rapid Labs portfolios
• Utilize financial data to drive decision-making and support cash flow management
• Oversee month-end close activities, ensuring compliance with company policies

Required qualifications:

• US Citizen
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
• 12-15 years of financial experience, preferably with U.S. Federal Government contractors
• Experience with federal finance and accounting regulations, including FAR and CAS
• Proficiency in Costpoint, Excel, and other MS Office software
