Job Summary

A company is looking for a Head of Finance to lead financial strategy, operations, and planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage key Finance process improvement initiatives and special projects
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant project execution
• Develop business cases for finance initiatives and coordinate with external audit teams

Required Qualifications

• High level of experience in a similar role within a startup or investment banking
• Experience managing external accountants for monthly P&L and tax filings
• Excellent financial modeling and Excel skills
• Knowledge of treasury management, budgeting, and fundraising
• Experience managing high-performing finance and accounting teams
